In-Store Pickup

In-Store Pickup is available in CBD(Starmall),Kiambu Kirigiti(near KIST),Ruiru (Wataalam) by next day from 3 pm

Pick up are available monday to saturday ,9am-6pm

Using Third Party Courier services

We majory use third party courier services like,Matatu Saccos offices, G4S,Independent riders etc.

We urge our customers to input their convenient courier, during the checkout phase, that is available near their location for easier and faster delivery,

Standard delivery fees ranges from 200 Ksh – 499Ksh,depending on location of our customers and size/weight of the orders

Lets assume our repeat customer ,Jane ,from Eldoret,places an order with us,here is how she usually receives her order

  1. We receive a notification that,Jane,ordered Product A
  2. We wrap, and confirm all the shipping details are correct
  3. Then the order is dropped next day, at Easy Coach courier office in Nairobi
  4. Then the courier ships it to Eldoret easy coach courier offices
  5. She gets a notification that her package arrived and its ready to be picked
  6. She heads to courier office and picks her order
  7. We confirm her order is complete
  8. Thats it

At Mekis organics, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Order Processing:
Once your order is placed, our warehouse processes it on the next business day. It’s then carefully picked, packed, and handed over for delivery.

Pickup Orders:
If you choose pickup, your order will be ready by the next day afternoon.

Courier Deliveries:
For deliveries using third-party couriers, most orders are delivered the following day — even to far locations like Mombasa or Kisii.

Delivery Timelines:
Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Please note this is an estimate and may vary due to:

  • Distance and accessibility

  • Public holidays

  • Weather or road conditions

  • Technical issues with couriers

While we do everything possible to deliver on time, unexpected delays may sometimes happen. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
